Privacy:  I respect your privacy and will never sell, give, share
               or trade any of your personal information.

Order Processing:  Most orders are processed and shipped 
                                  within 24 hours.

Shipping Methods:  I ship all orders by USPS or UPS.  I will 
                                   pick the best method for your order.

Returns:  Returns of undamaged, unopened items in re-sellable
                 condition may be returned at your expense within 10 days
                 for exchange only.  Cardstock, Paper and Rubber Stamps
                 may not be returned.

Incorrect Items:  I carefully pack all orders but on occassion may
                              make a mistake.  Please check your order when
                              it arrives for any mistakes and contact us within
                              7 days if a mistake has occured.  We will pay for 
                              you to return the incorrect item back to us and 
                              will send the correct item as soon as possible.

International Orders:  Please e-mail us your orders as the Shopping 
                                      Cart only works for USA customers due to 
                                      the different shipping prices.
